Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – There are many who remember former Gov. Jim Edgar, who died Sunday from pancreatic cancer.  Among them is Mike Lawrence, former director of the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University.  Lawrence was Edgar’s one-time press secretary and talks with Dave Dahl on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
