Joey Mclaughin talks with Joe Roesch who has been chosen to succeed Paul Palazzolo as Sangamon County’s next Circuit Clerk. Roesch will take over as Circuit Clerk October 1st when Palazzolo leaves to become the head of Kiwanis International.
