The business community is invited to celebrate this year’s 15 Under Fifteen small business award winners at a reception and awards ceremony from 5:30-7 p.m. tonight at United Community Bank on Montvale Drive. The recipients are profiled in the new issue of SBJ, out today.

The Downtown and Medical District Master Plan is being unveiled at the Citizens Club meeting on Friday, Oct. 25 at 8 a.m. at the Hoogland Center for the Arts. The plan will then be presented to the city council next Tuesday.

A 38-acre lot the city of Springfield owns along Clear Lake Avenue may become a $38-million complex of municipal warehouses and offices.
