NOIR V: Resilience” opens at Illinois State Museum on Friday as part of Juneteenth Celebration Family Day. Juneteenth, Inc. hosts a Unity Parade on Saturday and celebrations at Comer Cox Park that continue through Sunday. One in a Million, UIS, the ALPLM, The Outlet and LLCC are all holding their own events.
