Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Jacqueline Keysear and Elijah Sandler from the cast of the Springfield Theatre Center production of “You Can’t Take It With You” Directed by Kim Shafer talk with Joey McLaughlin on the WTAX Morning NewsWatch about the show coming up January 17th,18th & 19th and January 24th, 25th & 26th.  “You Can’t Take It With You” is a farce, romantic comedy involving Grandpa Vanderhof and his wacky family who march to the beat of their own drum, and the strait-laced Kirby family.  The two families might soon merge with a marriage. “You Can’t Take It With You” is a madcap, idealistic comedy that reinforces the idea that you can only live life to the fullest by doing whatever makes you happy. Tickets can be purchased at hcfta.org or at the box office at the Hoogland. Tickets are $22 for adults and $20 for students and seniors. The show takes place at the Hoogland Center for the Arts in the Peggy Ryder Theater.
