Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Springfield Police are on the lookout for a couple who are alleged to have participated in a robbery at a local fast-food restaurant.
On November 7th around 11pm a man and woman entered the Burger King on Northfield Dr. after the store was closed.
Once inside the two suspects demanded money from the employees and then ran away on foot.
Both suspects had their faces covered at the time of the incident, however police say the woman suspect had a very distinctive sweatshirt on.
