Springfield, IL  (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – They are back! After 9 months, Café Moxo has reopened its doors. Café Moxo had its grand reopening today at their new location at 2661 Chatham Road.

     

A new location also comes with new additions. The staff has grown with 19 new employees. The restaurant is now split into two parts, a to-go/online area, and a dine-in area. There are separate entrances for each to facilitate a smooth experience for customers and expedite the waiting period, especially for those who may be seeking only to purchase coffee. There are a few new items on the menu, some of which include cinnamon crunch french toast, new cookies, and apple danishes. A new conference room to host catered breakfast or lunch meetings that sits about 20 t0 24 people is available to reserve. To make a reservation call 217-788-8084, there is no charge to rent the space.

Owner Mark Forinash also shared immense gratitude to everyone who arrived to celebrate the reopening. Forinash also states that his goal is to eventually open another location downtown.
