A person is in custody in a Chicago cross burning investigation, police say

The Chicago Police Department’s communications office confirmed that a person was in custody in connection with the case, but no other details were released.

Police raided the Harrisburg, right, in May 2024 after customs officials in New York intercepted a package addressed to him that prosecutors said contained two silencers.
