Rochester dentist sentenced to 15 years for fentanyl theft and harming patients

Starting in December 2019, Phillip Jensen stole fentanyl by siphoning at least half of the drug from single-use vials, replacing it with saline, and resealing the vials. The theft left patients with inadequate pain management during surgery.
