SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Marc Bell, a former Illinois State Trooper, says he has a lot of work to do if he’s elected Sangamon County Sheriff.  He faces Paula Crouch Tuesday, who was appointed to the job two years ago.  As was the case with Crouch, Bell talked with Will Stevenson on the WTAX Morning Newswatch.
