Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Do you know someone in your community who could use extra support with their CWLP bill? Great news! You can make a payment as a gift to cover all or part of a customer’s CWLP bill. To contribute, simply visit the Customer Service Office in person or call 217-789-2030. You’ll need to provide the name and service address of the individual you wish to assist. While having the account number is helpful, it’s not necessary!

Payments can be made by check, cash, or card in person or by card only over the phone. Your donation will be credited to the recipient’s CWLP bill immediately. You will then have the option to receive a CWLP notecard with a matched envelope that can be mailed to the recipient, letting them know of your gift. If you prefer, CWLP will mail the card for you. If you wish, you may make your gift anonymously.
